According to Matt Eddy of Baseball America (via MLB Trade Rumors), the Rays have signed Jesus Feliciano, Will Rhymes, and Romulo Sanchez to minor league deals. It is not mentioned in the report, but we assume all three will be invited to spring training.

[UPDATE: Marc Topkin confirms that all three will be invited to spring training]

Rhymes, a second baseman, has played parts of the last two seasons with the Detroit Tigers, hitting .283 with a .341 OBP and a .333 wOBA in 83 games. He will be 29 this season.

Feliciano played 54 games with the New York Mets in 2010, hitting .231 with a .276 OBP. He split the 2011 season between double-A and triple-A, hitting .268 with 4 home runs and 7 steals. He can play all three outfield positions.

Sanchez, a right-handed reliever, appeared in two games with the Yankees. He previously played with the Pirates in 2007 and 2008. He spent the 2011 season in Japan.
