  • MONTGOMERY 9, Jacksonville 3: Chris Archer allowed 2 runs in 6 innings, walking 4 and striking out 6…1B Henry Wrigley hit his 11th home run…SS Tim Beckham was 1-4 with a walk.
  • CHARLOTTE 7, Tampa 4: /dh Hak-Ju Lee had a double in 5 at bats. He is now hitting .315…2B Tyler Bortnick had a single and 2 walks. He also stole his 35th base.
  • BOWLING GREEN 8, Dayton 6: George Jensen did not allow a hit in 5 innings, striking out 1 and walking 1…DH Derek Dietrich hit his 15th home run and 3B Julio Cedeno homered for the second straight game, his 6th.
  • HUDSON VALLEY 6, Williamsport 1: 7th round pick Ryan Carpenter made his second start and finally allowed a hit. But in 10 innings, he still hasn’t allowed a run. This time he tossed 5 shutout innings, giving up 4 hits, striking out 5 and walking none.
  • Greeneville 7, PRINCETON 2: CF Joel Caminero hit his 3rd home run.
