Every year, on the eve of spring training, professional photographers show up to camp, the players put on regular season uniforms, and then pose for photos that will be used by media outlets (e.g. stats pages, etc.).

The Rays had this year’s photo day on Thursday. Here are some of our favorite photos from USA Today’s Kim Klement.
