12-13-2013 1-40-33 PMThe Rays have completed their 3-team trade with the Diamondbacks and Reds by sending minor league outfielder Todd Glaesmann to the Diamondbacks as the player to be named later according to Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com.

Earlier, the Rays received reliever Heath Bell and catcher Ryan Hanigan. The Rays also gave up minor league pitcher Justin Choate.

Glaesmann, a third round pick in the 2009 draft, was the Rays’ 2012 Minor League Player of the Year, hitting .285 with 21 home runs between low-A and high-A. However, in 2013, Glaesmann hit just .240 with 11 home runs and was not listed by Baseball America among the Rays’ top 10 prospects.
