    In his MLB career, free-swinging Delmon Young drew a walk once in every 24 plate appearances. As a reformed Ray he still swings on 3-0, but he has walked 5 times in 40 PAs– 3 times his career rate despite not playing all that often He almost killed Bert Byleven to see Delmon draw a walk in Minnesota.

    It is never too late to start learning, I guess.
