Playing A Little Pepper

Luke Scott has been activated and is in tonight’s lineup. Yunel Escobar, who was still listed as day-to-day earlier today, is also in the lineup. They will face former Rays pitcher James Shields. In addition, former Rays do-it-all, Elliot Johnson is also in the lineup for the Royals…If the Rays hits a home run tonight, they will tie the franchise record with 15 straight games with a home run. Over the last 13 games, the Rays have hit 24 home runs, 7 more than any other AL club during that stretch. Luke Scott and Sam Fuld are the only players that have not hit a home run.

  1. Don says:

Lets see Escobar,Molina,Scott in a Race to first beat James Shield on a ground......who breaksdown first.....
Two tough guys on the mound.. Classic... but would have liked to see Davis Against Price in Series...Tough Guy aga. what...tweeter?

  2. Dave L says:

I'm psyched for this game. Finally have the A Team available envisioned in the Spring. EJ batting 9th.

Longo healthy going full speed and having an MVP type start to the season.

    Hopefully .500 after tonite.

Hope we get to James the class act who we watched grow up.
