Playing A Little Pepper…
After seeing the Rays stadium proposal earlier today, what are the chances it actually gets built?
It’s a nice looking stadium. The price is about right. But there are still some major issues. The biggest one that immediately jumps out is the parking. They claim there are 14,000 spots already on site. But those are owned by local businesses who will want to be compensated. And even then, they are not giving up access to all 14,000. And what happens during weekday afternoon games (approx 1 of every 6-7 home games)? And then there is trying to figure out who will pay for it. But that will be a question with any proposal. Still, this one just doesn’t feel like anything that is going anywhere…5%

IMO that location works for me and I live in Tampa. And the stadium looks great. Go for it.
What a joke. Build it where it’s meant to be built…Channelside.
0.23% chance
if they could somehow trick the taxpayers which is unlikely this soon after Miami or some unknown local gazillionaire pops up like the microsoft guys in the northwest
barring those 2 happening its zero
