Playing A Little Pepper

After going into Texas and winning two of three from the Rangers, are the Rays now the favorites to win the American League?

It is a long season. And we have to remember, teams like the Rangers and Yankees will be able to add pieces down the stretch. And a team like the Rays can’t afford any injuries to key players. That being said, the Rangers and Yankees are at the top of the AL, and this weekend just proved that the Rays are as good as either of those teams. Hold on guys, we are in for a fun ride…CO-FAVORITES

Lineup…

  1. Ben Zobrist, 2B
  2. Carlos Pena, 1B
  3. Evan Longoria, 3B
  4. Luke Scott, DH
  5. Matt Joyce, RF
  6. Brandon Allen, LF
  7. BJ Upton, CF
  8. Sean Rodriguez, SS
  9. Jose Molina, C
  10. Jeremy Hellickson, SP

Song to get you pumped up

The worst thing Jakob Dylan ever did was let Bruce Springsteen sing his song. At that moment, a good song became great.

Just learned that Alex Torres, one of the Rays' best pitching prospects, is being moved to the bullpen.

Not a fan of sitting Jennings when he has a 10-game hitting streak going.
