Wednesday was Photo Day for the Rays, an annual tradition in Major League Baseball where every player and coach in camp pose for some professional photographs. Fortunately, it doesn’t look like there were any incidents like the one two years ago when Pat Burrell acted like a 12-year old. Here are a few from this year’s group…

      Photo Day is for the professional photographers, not the team photographers. This was the set from just one photographer and these were the players he chose to shoot, or the only ones he chose to make public. I havent seen other sets yet, but I assume those guys can be found elsewhere.

    I guess this photographer doesn't believe in having his/her subjects smile much. These are some of the least flattering photos I've seen!
