There’s no way the Rays would pick up his expensive contract, but I’m strangely tickled to see that Francisco Rodriguez is willing to waive his no-trade clause if he were sent to “good teams like…the Rays.”

Gout??? Really??? That’s the (old) Ben Franklin disease, usually caused by a lifetime of poor eating.
Hey now, I had gout at 18. It usually coincides with kidney stones, no fun, best thing to do is drink more water…
