MLB.com released their list of the top 50 prospects and the list includes four players from the Rays organization…

2. Jeremy Hellickson, SP
11. Desmond Jennings, OF
27. Matt Moore, SP
47. Chris Archer, SP

Archer came to the Rays as part of the Matt Garza trade. And while Hellickson is one of the top prospects in all of baseball, there are some that think Moore, a left-handed pitcher, has a chance to be the best of the group. In 2010, Moore led all of the minor leagues in strikeouts (208) for the second consecutive season.

Saw the show on mlb network last night, they loved all the prospsects but regarding Jennings he can not be too far away from making an impact….If Damon starts in left and Jennings in AAA…Jennings should be up by June?

They also like him as a lead-off hitter…

Rankings are nice….but…Prospects are like girl friends….you may have many…but finding one that puts out is the problem….

I was disapointted. I knew Moore was going to make the top 50, but I was hoping they would have footage on him, because it seems nobody does. Instead it was just a bunch of pictures of him that we have already seen. You are MLB, get some dang footage!
