Carl Crawford left tonight’s game in the first inning after a pickoff attempt hit him in a…ummm…very sensitive area.

This is an excellent demonstration on why a player should go back to first base with their right foot first. Crawford might still be in the game if this errant throw hits him in the arse.

One thing we do know. Crawford will not be taking his talents to South Beach tonight.

    Wow, was it just me or were there a lot of Rays fans in Baltimore? People were booing when the Orioles scored a bunch of runs and a good number were cheering for Briggy's HR

    Garza should of been hit instead of Crawford. To pitch like that against Baltimore (7 runs, 10 hits) he shouldn't be allowed to reproduce...

      No excuse...but Garza had an attitude after Maddon decides to put him in the order after Shields & Davis...
      Garza's a nut case.... and has to be handled like a 3rd grader for him to perform...another black mark for Maddon's abilities!
