The image below is from The Trop and represents the bobbleheads of Evan Longoria and David Price that will be given out during upcoming games. Don’t worry, the mustache on King Davis is a prankster’s addition. But the gap-teeth on Dirtbag’s is not.

OK, so Longoria does have a small space between his two front teeth. Just seems like a strange feature to accentuate on a bobblehead.

You guys should really think about changing your Nickname for Evan…I mean Dirtbag isn’t a good nickname at all. Evan is a pretty nice guy and dirtbag just doesn’t seem right.
It’s because his college ball team was nicknamed the Dirtbags, not anything to do with his character.

He doesn’t have a gap, but his two front teeth are quite a prominent part of his grill…
Yeah, it just seems strange to accentuate that in a bobblehead. It’s not like he is Michael Strahan.
Well, those two pics make it look like a gap to me, although I had never noticed it before. But if you don’t have that, it’s just generic white baseball player wearing a Longo jersey bobblehead night.
Also, doesn’t Price’s bobblehead look a lot like Fred McGriff?http://7is.neswblogs.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/fred-mcgriff.jpg
On the TV promotion for bobblehead night, they have Longoria looking at his bobblehead (apparently for the first time). He says something like “they did a good job. They even put the gap in…”
If there’s a gap, its a tiny one I guess. I think its really only visible when viewed straight on.
because he is slightly gap-toothed.
Maybe that’s where the gap between the two sections of wall is?
Meh … I’ll look at the pic a bit closer next time. lol … maybe it’s a more subtile joke.
The bobblehead has a legit gap in the teeth, not a gap on the wall. And, Lonog has a legit gap in his teeth as well. I agree, a little ridiculous to portray it on the bobblehead, but realistic nonetheless.
Bobbleheads are like caricatures, the artist is supposed to exagerate some defining feature of the face.
This.
Most bobble-heads don’t even look like the person they portray. Longo is not offended, and nor should he be. Its not a mural, its a kids toy.
