Ok, this has nothing to do with Burrell, but has anyone heard if they are going to skip Big W and start James Shields on Friday? Based on what he did today and against the Yankees, I’d love to see Price pitch on wrap-around Monday.
Haven’t heard any hints that it might happen. And with JoeMa, I’d be surprised a little if he did. He rarely skips pitchers.
And you are probably right. About a minute after I sent that, Dave Mills announced on the radio broadcast that they wouldn’t be skipping pitchers. Figures.
