Since I’m going to the game tonight, and I love watching pither’s duels, I’m going with James Shields.
Nothing beats a pitchers’ duel on TV, but in person… not so much.
It depends I had great seats for the Edwin Jackson Vs. Dice K pitchers duel in ’07, and that was fun, seeing how nasty their “stuff” was when they were on, up close and personal. I have a feeling if I was taking the game in near the RF foul pole I might not have enjoyed it quite as much.
very good point. if you’re behind the plate it would be good, but I’m the frugal type, so I’m always hangin’ with the blue-collar dudes in the outfield.
