Unless Kurt Warner’s wife suddenly decides to shave her head at halftime today, the above image is likely to be the most disturbing thing you see today. That is the Rays’ newest bullpen arm, Brian Shouse, and the image is from The Unofficial Brian Shouse Fan Club where they have more equally disturbing images of the lefty specialist.

We are not sure if we secretly want them to keep this up even though he is now a Ray or if we should run and hide.

Also, a look at the Cork-Board in the sidebar suggests that Juan Salas is the most likely candidate to be designated for assignment to make room for Shouse on the 40-man roster. Another possibility would be to go ahead and offer Derek Rodriguez back to the White Sox. Can you make an argument for somebody else?
